You're in a meeting that Fly listens to.

This page explains what is captured, who processes it, and how you can see, correct or remove what's attributed to you. No account needed.

What Fly captures

A text transcript of what is said, with automatic speaker labels (Speaker 1, 2, …) that the host can rename.
A summary with action items, ideas and observations, generated by AI.
No audio is stored. Audio is streamed live to a transcription service, converted to text on the spot, and discarded.

Beta: Fly is not recommended for confidential conversations (appraisals, HR, legal).

None of these parties store the meeting audio after transcription.

Your rights as a participant

You can ask the meeting host to show you the transcript and summary (access), to fix anything wrongly attributed to you (correction), or to delete lines or the whole meeting (removal). Hosts can edit and delete everything from the app.
